Paola was absolutely terrific! Very professional, and yet fun. She was very personable and easy to talk to. Even though I was feeling pretty crummy she made me laugh and was very gentle and thorough when examining me. I truly appreciate all the time she took for me and that she made eye contact and cared. She didn''t just rattle off information when staring at the computer. I appreciate her actually caring to look at me and speak. She gave me so many helpful tips and suggestions as well.

It was my first time meeting Paola Biasella Santillo and she was very nice and listened to what I came in for. This was also during a power outage.

I have recommended her to my CC friends and they love her. She is the most caring person and really helped me with some new issues that I have now. She is knowledgeable and caring. The perfect person to put your health care to.

Very thoughtful about my upcoming surgery.The doctor answered my questions & concerns, & got paperwork to the surgeon.

Dr Paola was the best. She listened to everything I had to say and never interrupted or stopped me. She explained all my options and made sure to ask me more than once if I was on board with the treatment she was suggesting. She really made my visit stress free and made me feel so comfortable and at ease.

Paola was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Being so relatable made it easier to discuss a number of issues. She could not have done a better job. I feel very fortunate that you have her as a nurse practitioner.

I would recommend the care provider. She was very personable, and I felt very comfortable with her talking about my health issues. In addition to her overall professionalism, she was extremely kind. Thank you for having such a post it on your staff. I have white coat syndrome, but I wasn''t concerned being with her.
