Our provider, Dr. Zavaleta, provided extra time with us when her following appointments cleared her calendar. She could have shorten her time with us but instead spent that time to review the health care plan that I''m on and ensured that all my questions and concerns were met.

Healthcare provider was very knowledgeable very nice very informative You can tell she really enjoys and likes what she does because she''s great. I was comfortable and taking care of the whole time.

Patricia Zavaleta has changed my life. When I started seeing her I was very sick. My type 1 diabetes was out of control and she changed everything. She put me on pump therapy and after about a year and a half she was able to take me off. Which is very rare. She guided me the whole way. My diabetes is caused by Chronic Pancreatitis due to alcoholism. She has been so supportive of my recovery and has always told me that comes first. Today I''m 70 lbs lighter and off insulin. I could go on and on about her that is why I submitted all of this. She really deserves some recognition for the work she goes. Thank you.
