A skilled enough surgeon that I would recommend him even if he had a nasty attitude and inability to communicate. Even more recommended because he is very caring, careful, articulate, and thorough. I particularly appreciate how he anticipates and mitigates any and all possible complications in a very complex medical situation

People listen because it's their job or they get paid to listen, people also listen with their hearts because they're passionate about what they do, and I felt that both were happening simultaneously during my conversations with all staff and employees at Cleveland Clinic, including Dr. Vargo.
