She was very good at explaining everything

Dr. Heba came out into the waiting area with my hearing aids and explained to me that when my iPhone updated, the Resound app on my phone did not update so that's why my hearing aids weren't working. She sat next to me, explained everything, showed me how to restart my hearing aids, and explained in detail how she was able to solve the problem. I am so very thankful for her and for all of the help she has given me over the years. She is not only skilled but also very kind and caring.
