Dr. Ferrari is always very kind to me. She's always uplifting and she always encourages me. She always tells me positive things about myself even when I don't see them in myself she told me that I was strong and that I can overcome anything and I really needed to hear that because I was at a very low point

I've been aged on and off with mental health services with the Cleveland clinic for quite some time and I do believe that Miss D in the office and Dr. Ferrari do care about me I really do believe in my heart that they want the best for me

Dr. Ferrari continues to inspire confidence with her concern and care about the patient's well-being. This was a video visit, and she related to the patient well by asking questions on how he was feeling and expressing sympathy for his concerns. The patient is a special needs adult, and she manages to relate well to him and thereby give him confidence to talk. She is also very good about explaining any change of medications and answering questions. The patient's mother is responding to this survey.
