I know my situation is definitely not normal and I appreciated the doctor knowing and understanding all about my previous Flatback surgery and everything that I have been through. She seemed very determined to help me with my situation of major pain I am having and figuring out what we can do to resolve it. Awesome Doctor

She let me ask numerous questions and answered them to my satisfaction. She was very thorough and explained things so that a common person could understand them. I didn't feel like I was being rushed through my appointment and she gave me ample time for questions. She had a wonderful bedside manner!

Dr. Albright listened to every concern I had. She went over my X-rays and MRI thoroughly and explained what each picture meant. I left feeling heard and good about the treatment plan she suggested. I have met with 3 drs now to discuss my back issues and she was by far the one I felt the most comfortable with and the one who took the most time to listen and explain. I liked her very much and think she is a good reflection for the Cleveland Clinic.

Rachel Albright was very informative and knowlegable provider. She explained my x-rays and tests results to me in a very clear and understanding manner. She allowed for me to ask my questions and never once did I feel rushed.
