Rachel Edwards, CNP

First time seeing Rachel Edwards and we cannot say enough good things about her kind, compassionate care, her ability to listen to my elderly father and interact directly with him, but to also include his family members in the room in the conversation. She ordered labs we had done there at the office, and gave us a needed referral, plus asked questions about a recent procedure my father had had. She even came back in after Nurse Chris cleaned out my father''s ears and checked them again herself to make sure everything was cleared out. We did not feel rushed with her or by her, and in fact, I''m sure she spent more than the allotted appointment time with us. We were so pleased with Rachel''s attentive, kind, thorough care and look forward to having her as an important part of my father''s care team going forward.

I think Cleveland Clinic is consistently great providing access to care. There''s so many convenient locations and walk-in options. I think the practitioners do a wonderful job and they''re just as good as the Physicians when it comes to spending time with me as a patient and getting to know me. I think context and medical history are critical for any care provider to be familiar with. I tend to Value those who connect the dots and they look at the full picture so I don''t feel like I have to do that on my own. This office and all the Care Providers I''ve ever met with have been wonderful. I highly recommend them.
