My expectations where met and exceed. Dr Fredrickson listened to everything I had to say, was kind, professional, explained options, provided treatment with my preferred option, and delivered results on the first visit. I suffered for many years and sought treatment of and on for about 20 years between two other ENT Doctors. The others delivered zero help. Dr Fredrickson was great and I now have hope of a better quality of life.
