I had previously seen two Cleveland clinic doctors, one of which used foul language and was very unpleasant even with a med student present whom I felt very bad for and was so appalled at the doctors behavior. The other was not very friendly. I so appreciated finding Dr. Heers! Her pleasant personality and professionalism is exceptional.

My time w Rachel Heers was amazing. I don''t think I''ve ever had a medical provider care so much about me. I felt like I was heard and helped. She went above and beyond. I''ve already recommended her to multiple friends. It was amazing to have someone listen to me as a 58 year-old woman. Often we are just told to deal with menopause symptoms and to move on. I thought Rachel heard me. I am forever grateful.
