Overall excellent experience. I was pleased that the nurse or doctor had suggested using the forehead oxygen sensor, because it was more accurate than the finger o2 monitor and we have had many experiences where the finger o2 sensor suggested my mom''s oxygen was too low, but really it wasn''t.

Dr T is by far the best Dr I''ve ever seen. She''s very thorough, cares about me as a person and all my health issues and especially has helped me with my lung issues. She''s the best!

She listens carefully, asking the right questions along the way then restating what was said to ensure clear understanding of the reason for your visit and how to best manage your concerns. And throughout the entire appointment she remains warm and personable yet such a professional person. So glad to have her as my pulmonary doctor!

Dr. Talercio is an excellent doctor. Not only does she know her field and can provide appropriate medical guidance, but she has excellent people skills. This is not a requirement but definitely an asset. More on her later.

My scheduler was extremely helpful. She was warm and guided me thru the process of getting an appointment with a provider that I saw quite a while ago.

Dr. Talercio was empathetic and had thoroughly reviewed my clinical record. I received a thorough history and exam from her. I came to the appointment hopeless that anyone could help my issue. And she seems to have some ideas and started me on a treatment plan. I am grateful for her manner and her knowledge.

I expect to wait to get an appointment with a physician as good as Dr. Taliercio but I have had fewer problems doing so than with other CCF physicians.
