Rachel is wonderful! I never fill out these surveys, but felt compelled to relay my amazing experience with her. She listens, she engages, she cares. I''ve had multiple experiences with being gaslit, but not by Rachel. Thank you for making sure I felt heard.

Rachel Wentsler and her staff have been wonderful to me. Rachel was the person that really diagnosed the problem I have with my back everybody else thought it was my knee. I am very grateful to this woman. She is one of the best people I've seen at the Cleveland Clinic. She is kind thoughtful and she listens. Please make sure she sees what I wrote. I would appreciate that.

I found her very easy to talk to and she wanted to include my primary doctor in her treatment plan. As great as her team attitude was, it was also rare.
