Video visit is so much more convenient and less time/effort (no driving/parking/walking) and the same thing is accomplished. I highly recommend and will use it as long as my insurance pays for it. Dr. Is very good and explains things well.

I really appreciate Dr Charara and his medical care. He listens and takes time to discuss my concerns. I also appreciate that he has familiarized himself with my case before I am in his office. I have no complaints and feel very fortunate to have him as part of my care team.

I have seen psychiatrists over the past 50 years. Dr Charara is, hands down, the BEST psychiatrist by whom I have ever been treated. You are very fortunate to have him.

Dr. Charara is a terrific doctor. Very professional, courteous and a good listener. I hope he stays at the Cleveland Clinic. He should be considered a VERY valuable employee.

I went to a psychiatrist 2times 35 years ago. It was not a good experience. I was apprehensive about seeing another psychiatrist. However, Dr Chahara was wonderful. He actually listened as indicated by later follow up questions in our discussion.

One of the reasons I like Dr Charara is I love talking with him. Not to him but with him. He gives me responses that I can effectively work with and actually choose to listen to.
