My friend recommended me to Dr. Metcalf, and she is genuinely amazing. The best care provider I have had in a long time, and I have had many doctor's visits in recent years. I have felt very dismissed in other doctor's visits within Summa recently, and I wanted to try something else. Metcalf listened to all of my issues, took them seriously, and made me feel like a human not a patient. We even laughed during the appointment. She provided all of the answers I needed. Thank you!

I also work in healthcare and I know the pressure sometimes to stay on schedule. She never made me feel like she was rushing me at all.
