Dr Kosmedies thoroughly reviewed my previous history, including any tests/imaging. He reassured me that I had not had a TIA, but that my blood pressure continued to be extremely elevated. He recommended that I schedule an appointment with my primary care physician. I was making progress in the cause of my health problem!
