She took her time and was very thorough.

Dr Stein spent 1-1/2 hours with us, that's after his assistant spent 45 minutes with us. All options were carefully explained with a great deal of consideration to my individual situation.

When I was scheduled with Dr. Stein, I researched him and read several of the medical papers he published. Before I met him, I was already quite impressed.
