I''ve had a chronic situation & have gotten very little care that mad3 any difference at all, until this visit. This was thorough & helpful & very much needed, as now l finally know where l stand & how l can handle the situation on my own - all because of Dr Factora''s visit & advice & evaluation

Dr. Factora is very personable and patient. He was relaxed and listened to our questions. We did not feel rushed.

Dr. Factora was impressive. Explained and educated me on his assessments, my concerns, problems and proposed treatment. He was comprehensive, detailed and excellent in his clinical procedures and communication with me as a patient. He was not in a hurry to rush through the process step by step while examining me, documenting the process and explaining things I needed to know. He''s articulate, clear and able to converse in layperson''s terms. Would not mind having him as my primary physician when I asked him. He was professional and said my current PCP is ok. The nurse who gave me the cognitive test was just as excellent and caring. The tools used for assessment are impressive.

The Nurse asst was Spectacular. Dr was also very good. Efficient, professional, listened REALLY WELL. Took the time to answer all my questions and explain his conclusions.
