ROSEMARY CARBALLO ARAQUE IS EXCEPTIONAL, SHE IS COMPETENT, EXPERIENCED, CARING, INTELLIGENT, NICE, HELPFUL, OUTSTANDING AND MASTERFUL. SHE IS REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT HER PATIENT AND GOES WAY BEYOND IN TRYING TO HELP HER PATIENT. SHE IS THE BEST. SHE OBVIOUSLY SPENDS A LOT OF HER OWN TIME TO DEVISE A PLAN THAT IS BEST FOR HER PATIENT. Dr. Rosmary is by far one of the best health providers I have ever had. She is diligent in following up on issues, knowledgeable beyond my expectations, extremely prompt in responding to issues I may be having and quick to respond to my questions.
