I've been Dr Chungs patient for over 3 years now. I live 2 miles from Avon and elected to see Dr Chung at the main campus when he moved. It is a pretty big hassle going there.

Very informative visit. I wish the wait period foe cardiac ablation was not 4-6 months. Very distressing for a physician with Afib!

Did not feel Dr Chung was familiar with my case at first. Didn't appear to have prior knowledge of any of my previous conditions. I think it was due to the difficulty they had in finding my records.

Dr Chung is the best! He performed heart ablation (to treat afib) several years ago, which (I think) saved my life. At each follow-up since the ablation, I feel like he really cares about me.

Very well organized and professional organization. Dr. Chung and his assistant performed a thorough examination and asked, at least from my perspective, all the right questions. I look forward to my B follow up visit.
