He brought in another person to the exam, but did not introduce her or ask me if I wanted her present. I had to ask who she was. He really took no time to discuss my problems and my concerns with any depth. Really no opportunity for any dialogue. Told me his solution and that was basically it. No discussion really about my current health situation and his exam findings either. But I am not convinced that was the only solution, given prior discussions with my primary care physician. Overall, very disappointing provision of medical services.

Have known doctor since his arrival at Clinic. He was a pleasure to work with. Excellent physician. Best of the Clinic's urology staff.

Throughout the procedure Dr Berglund explained the details of the procedure and what to expect from beginning to the end. He and his assistant worked cohesively throughout the procedure. There was never a moment that I didn't have complete trust in them. Following the procedure, Dr. Berglund let me know that he would contact me within a week to let me know the results. This was the type of visit that was somewhat scary and uncomfortable for me. The doctor and everybody involved was very kind, honest and forthright. I know that I am in good hands and confident that I will receive the best care possible.

Dr. Berglund is obviously very experienced and bright. This instills confidence in his skills. Further, it is clear that he is likely very skilled at performing the procedure I was there to discuss. However, the interaction felt rushed and somewhat pro-forma. Dr. Berglund breezed into the exam room, never introduced me to an assistant who was there (The man seemed to be a note-taker as he was at his computer the entire visit and did not participate in the conversation.) and began talking about my condition. The exchange seemed like a lecturer speaking to a student, not an exchange between a provider and a patient.

I have already recommended two friends and acquaintances of all satisfied I was with Dr., Berglund and his Care team.

Dr. Berglund treated me with the upmost respect. Asked how I had been doing, very concerned, explained everything before and while doing the procedure of removing and inserting the stent In my stoma. He informed me if I needed him for any problems that may arise, feel free to contact the office. Wished me the best of luck, take care, and will see me in nine months. By far, the best surgeon I have ever dealt with.
