To keep it short ship gets to know you on a professional/ personal level. So she can treat you with dignity. Makes life a little more manageable not just another pill pusher.

Sabrina was really helpful and explained my upcoming injections and why she would like me to wean off the pain medications I''m on. She made me feel very informed and comfortable. She even explained ways in which I can try to alleviate my pain by making small daily changes. She was a wonderful PA.
