The video visit started 45 minutes late. In the past, if there were time issues I received an office call, not this time. No explanation was given before the start of the video. My time is important too. I would have worked with Dr.Rai if I would have known in advance.

I LOVE Dr. Rai. He listens so well, explains so knowledgeably, has compassion and understanding. Clearly explained everything to me. And personable and kind. I really want to give him 10 stars!! I''m in healthcare myself. I know all doctors are not as thorough and understanding as he is. I LOVE HIM!!
