I''ve been seeing Dr. Shaia for over 10years with zero problems. When CC brought it things really changed. I was on hold or transferred for 20 minutes, only to get an appointment for a month and a half later. I was in a lot of pain and couldn''t see him or get to him. I love Dr. Shaia but I''m considering a change. Frustrated and disappointed
