This was the best experience I had at the Cleveland Clinic. She took her time with me, answered every question and concern I had. The visit was very thorough and she explained all the follow up. She also provided written notes so I remembered everything we talked about. She was friendly and sympathetic. I feel seen and heard and that all my issues are being taken care of. I want to return to her for my care.
