She is the reason the Cleveland Clinic is the best place for medical care. And the doctors very attentive to my needs and helped me out with the information that I needed for my health care. Everyone was great and showed a lot of care and interest in my well being. It would've been nice to see my doctor at the end of my various stops and check ups to get an overall after test summary.

Dr. Ruwe was excellent. This was my first time visiting her and she made sure I was comfortable and listened to.

The Audiologist was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Her explanations were clear and concise, and I appreciated her direct answers. She was excellent and I would give her my highest recommendation.

The last scheduler was excellent! She knew I needed to see a tier 2 physician and gave me detailed instructions on how to get to parking, and the office. VERY HELPFUL

Sarah is kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism were much appreciated.
