Dr. Kusek is hands down, the best provider I have ever had. Full stop. She always treats me as a human and not a number; She actively listens to my questions/concerns, often repeating back to me what I''ve said to make sure that she''s comprehending what I am trying to say (which illustrates to me that she''s actually listening). She''s great at breaking down answers to my questions in a way that I can understand (layman''s terms) and she always includes me in the decision making process on how to proceed. I''ve never had that with anyone else.

Dr. Kusek is a true gem. When It comes to medical care providers, I hit the proverbial lottery when it comes Dr Kusek. She is always prompt. Her demeanor is always pleasant and it immediately puts you at ease. When you discuss your situation, you can tell that she is actually LISTENING. She follows up your comments with her own summarizing/clarifying comments that lets you know that she hears you. She asks follow up questions. And she is very patient when it comes to breaking down the prognosis in a way that you can understand, without making you feel inferior. I''ve never had a bad experience with her. She''s fantastic.
