Dr. Burg was exceptionally thorough and attentive, taking time to review my labs in detail and ensure I understood everything. He was transparent about using AI to transcribe our visit and carefully updated my history when I added information later. It's the best level of care and communication I've experienced in decades.

This was my first time meeting with Dr Burg and my first time having a medical evaluation via a virtual visit. The visit was well organized and as thorough as a virtual visit could be. Dr Burg explained his role as part of a team of rheumatologists and explained the specific areas of expertise in the field of rheumatology. This set a level of comfort that was appreciated before delving into my medical history and current concern.
