He is always polite, explains everything, cares about individual''s concerns, and gives exceptional advice. All three of my boys (Two of them since birth) have seen Dr. Higley, he has always been a wonderful doctor with an awesome personality. We are very Blessed to have found a doctor that cares about his patients.

Oh Dr Higley is a really super Great Dr. There. Are no other Drs like him he is one of the Bests matter fact. He is the Best one out there. He''s very very good. Right on cue. He listens to you he cares about his patients and no one in the world. Will make me switch Drs. And he better not leave this facility. Well I hope not any ways he sure will upset the world if he did I will hound him down and be his patient. Anywhere if I have to move he''s just That Good. Very Good Physician ok that''s all.

Dr Higley is a great doctor

My original appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. I had been notified of it as usual. When I showed up I was informed Dr. Higley was not in and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. After that, things were fine.

I always feel like Dr. Higley knows me and my history, gives me all the time I need, explains conditions, and helps me to tackle issues from the bottom up (diet/exercise then medication).

Dr. Higley has been my Doctor for almost 6 years now, he''s a very nice man and I would recommend anyone that I know to go see him. He is very thorough and knows what he''s doing. If I knew anyone that needed a doctor, I would really recommend that person to go to Cleveland clinic there and tell them that they need to schedule the appointment with him. I have had cancer 3 times and 2 of them he recommended me to go see his cancer doctor and now I am cancer free. The first time that I ended up with cancer he wasn''t involved with, the 2 previous I ended up getting skin cancer and he took care of it. There was one time that I went to see him, he asked me what I was here for, I told him that I don''t know it was on my chart, so, I told him to take a look at the top of my ear, he did and that''s when he told me to go see his cancer doctor, and to tell you the truth, if it wasn''t for him, I would probably still have it. So all in all, he''s the best doctor that I have had, and I have had a lot of doctors. So to end this, he''s the best

The Stow staff and Dr Higley are my favorite Cleveland Clinic office, and I''ve been to quite a few.

My appointments are regular 6 mo. Appts scheduled 6 mo in advance - no problem. The problem is trying to get an appointment if there is something wrong and I want to get in to see the doctor right away. Then there is usually 1-2 month wait. If there is something wrong you can''t wait 1-2 months.

I would recommend him to anyone that needs to see a doctor

Dr Higley listened to what I had to say and I feel really cared about my concerns

Some departments can provide appointments within a reasonable time. Others, such as Gastroenterology, have HORRIBLE wait times. Hemotology and Dr. Higley are concerned that I have internal bleeding because my hemoglobin dropped significantly. They want a endoscopy and colonoscopy to determine if I have bleeding there (most common place to start looking). At my appointment in mid-April, the soonest I could get even the initial consult visit with gastro dept is MID-JULY! Who knows how long I''d have to wait for the scopes. In the meanwhile, a blood transfusion and iron infusion are not bringing my hemoglobin up enough, and so I still have pain, weakness, fatigue, etc. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

Dr. Higley is my favorite doctor, I''ve been going to him for a long time now and he''s always very helpful, respectful and attentive to any concerns that I may have. He is also very comfortable to talk.

Ever since it''s been Cleveland clinic things have been a whole lot better. I''ve recommended my doctor to several people. He''s very hard to get into, but he''s worth the wage. All of the doctors are.

Dr. Higley is excellent, but the Clinic bureaucracy can be a pain to navigate.

Very good doctor, very knowledgeable, great bedside manner, easy to talk to, down to earth, personable. Knows your health condition, very prepared.

Dr. Higley is the best doctor I have had. He is very thorough. He listens to my concerns and I do not feel like he rushes me out or just gives me the response that I want to hear. He pays attention to detail and makes sure to cover all bases when concerns arise. Even with this degree of care, his appointments are quick and effortless. I was just there and was in and out in roughly 45 minutes and that included a lab visit and x-ray. All around job well done.

It was great to find a doctor that looked at all the data and used the exam and came up with a plan to address the issues. As of now, there is much improvement.

Dr. Higley came in and went right to work, diagnosing the issues, checking bloodwork results, and reviewing all current medications. He order more bloodwork, replaced a few meds, and came up with a plan of attack. Working well.
