My doctor is always there for me and always helps me with the issues I have. I truly appreciate him and the entire team

I feels as if Dr Battisi is engaged and respectful of what I say. I feel seen as an individual rather than just the next patient.

Dr. Battisti really went above and beyond, writing me a letter and then translating it using ChatGPT in case I need it in the local language. Best doctor visit I have ever experienced! This was my first appointment to establish with a PCP and the time, compassion, and professionalism was amazing. I have only had health care through the military or VA until I started working at the Cleveland Clinic. I appreciate my VA health team's service but I am so happy to be get world class care!
