I appreciated the time that PA Collins took to talk with me about my x ray results as well as a care plan for surgery and post surgery. He was very patient and explained everything in a way my husband and I could easily understand. He was very kind and I appreciated him telling me that I was more than my job and that I needed to take time off to recover. I also really appreciated how quickly he got back to me about FMLA paperwork. I wish more medical professionals could approach their patients like he does.

Sean was exceptional in providing my care. Without being condescending, he explained procedures in the detail I needed, offered suggestions, and respectfully considered my thoughts. I hope when I need further shoulder care, he is still available.
