Dr. Costandi really tries to help you. He listens to you and hears what you are saying about your pain level impacting your life. I have had great results under his care.

Although doctor was answering my questions, he kept looking over at his assistant for confirmation. And despite me answering the assistant''s prior questions, the assistant tried to verbally falsify what I had said when talking to the doctor. Inhad to correct the assistance many times. Thos triggered something in him and eventually he fell silent as I continued to answer the doctor''s questions for myself. I don''t need someone speaking for me when clearly, my mind, ears, and voice work just fine. The assistant needs to go or be silent. I am there to see and interact with the doctor and not doctor assistant.

Took longer than it should. Especially ehen asking all the same history questions that were already in my file. Doctor was in and out without asking me too many questions, personally. It seemed odd that doctor kept deferring to his assistant for answers and clarification rather than inquiring with the patient themself. Although doctor was friendly, I did not see any evidence of patient quality of care. Shook my hand without even considering applying hand sanitizer to his hands. I watched everything. Luckily, I had already applied a generous amount ti my hands srter the assistant left to go retrieve the doctor. I was alone for several minutes. If I had s medical complication, no one would have seen for over 10 minutes. Definitely do better than you are st that facility. Our lives are literally on your hands.

Both Dr. Costandi and his fellow thoroughly read my chart and were ready for me when I arrived. They were thorough, kind, and provided me options about my care. My husband and I were both very impressed with their care and concern and are glad we made the switch to his care.

Dr Costandi was excellent in all information. His assistant, PA or Intern was too business like and she seemed to nothing about my case, seemed kinda lost during questioning me about my situation. Was not pleased with her.
