Our care provider allows (encourages) my wife to participate in the video visit which is very comforting. She also discusses the medicine and options for taking that medicine so it does not negatively impact my life. Those options are very comforting and helps with living my life to its fullest.

I cannot empathize enough that Dr. Shilpa actually addressed concerns I was experiencing, rather than dismissing me. I met with a different care team in Michigan, that essentially said we'll see you in four or five years. Dr. Shilpa and her team, on the other hand, offered explanations, care plans, and treatments. Just incomparably better.
