Dr. Yee is a fine Doctor, who has my greatest respect. The Cleveland Clinic is losing a very special person when she moves into private practice. I will miss her.

Care was great but losing Shirley is now the 4th DR. Or PA I have lost in the last two years. Your turnover is much too high.....I lost Cardiologist, Pulmonary DR. Pain management Dr. And now Dermatologist.

Shirley is a fantastic dermatologist. As a result of seeing her at a previous appointment, I switched my mother's dermatology needs to be able to be seen by Shirley. She was a godsend with respect to treating my skin condition.

I have had mixed results with dermatologist. I stopped using Cleveland Clinic dermatologist yeara ago because they did very cursory exams. This provider actually did a thorough exam. I hope that will be consistent going forward.

She was so responsive, calmed my fears about the tactics I was taking in the interim (since last appointment) which I admitted may have exacerbated my problem but I was desperate. I recently had several growths removed from my back by Dr. Yee, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the process was professional, efficient, and reassuring. Dr. Yee Explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and performed the procedure with great care. The office staff was also friendly and helpful, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free.

She talked very fast with a lot of information. It was hard to process so quickly. No time to ask questions.

PA was super nice and the appointment was very quick as she had a student with her. Doctor talked to me like I wasn't stupid which was greatly appreciated.
