My experience with Dr. De has been excellent. I have found Dr. De to be highly knowledgeable; respectful; concise, clear, and direct in her communication; accessible; approachable; very responsive; and down-to-earth. In addition to that, I want to highlight a few things that took me quite by surprise and about which I am very pleased. (In my experience with physicians each of the following is quite unusual.) Dr. De anticipates potential issues, raises them, and investigates them. For example, she approached the neurosurgeon to discuss my spine condition and how it might be affected by this surgery. This is reassuring and inspires confidence. Dr. De does not make assumptions about my preferences or decisions. Instead, she makes it clear that the course of my treatment is entirely up to me. This gives me a a sense of control or agency. Dr. De reached out to me several times to inform me of specific concerns. This too is reassuring and inspires confidence.

Dr. De and her staff were excellent. I was very comfortable talking with them and interacting thru the procedure.

Hopefully I never have to recommend this service to anyone but if I do Dr. De will come highly recommended

I was very pleased with the care I received during this visit. I felt that I was in very good hands, and this gave me great peace of mind. My only suggestion would be to take a little bit more time to explain procedures, including just very, basically how they work, what to expect, and briefly what was discovered. Perhaps the last point is better discussed in another setting. I don''t know. But again, overall I''m very happy with my experience.
