The NP used AI to create an after summary visit which was not reviewed for accuracy. I don't necessarily mind using AI however it does need to be reviewed before signing.

Stephanie is the best provider I could ever ask for. I've been seeing her for years, and she never disappoints me! She treats me with kindness and respect, asks what I would like to do, and is so knowledgeable. I would not choose anyone else to provide my care!
