My visits with Dr. Brandstetter have been fantastic. He is patient and calm in his demeanor. He listened without interruption to all my follow up concerns. He provided me with proposed treatments and recommendations. He explained the functions of the organ I'm having issues with versus talking so high level where I would have to research what he meant. I appreciate him being mindful of me being the patient audience and speaking in language I could understand. Would highly recommend

Dr. Brandstetter was very compassionate and did an excellent job of explaining why the surgery was needed and why the best path was to remove the entire sigmoid colon instead of just part of it. I did not feel that the doctor was rushed, and he took the time to answer my questions.

Dionne in his office is fantastic. She has great skills in following up and keeping me informed. She is a true treasure. I wish every doctor's office had someone as conscientious and as thorough and just plain nice as she is.
