Per agreement w/Dr Ellis, I got a Viability Scan on Jun 4. I contacted his office multiple times to try to schedule a time to discuss results. His asst told me 1. That he said he had written to me about the results but that she could not find that record. I had not received anything. 2. The earliest telehealth appointment would be in late September. She called me back the next week to schedule the July 23 appt.

The initial scheduler''s were courteous and helpful. It was suggested that I also try communicating with Dr. Ellis and his assistant through MyChart, I did that and received a quick response. I was able to speak to his Administrative Assistant, Kaylee and had the opportunity to be scheduled into an appointment that opened up from a cancellation.

Always better in person but I have to travel far so video visits saves time and money. Dr Ellis is as contentious of my care In person as In a video visits. So glad able to use that vehicle to get great care.

Doctor did not have images to review, and some records he needed to review. Thus, he was not able to give any specific treatment plans at the time of visit. The doctor told us he will be on a fact finding mission in order to find answers to Ugo''s medical issues.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/6/2026
Scheduling a visit is easy but it takes months and months to get an appointment, even just a tele-visit. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, I am happy with the care I receive from Dr. Ellis. I still think that an in-person visit is typically best with a cardiologist so that he can listen to my heart and we can do tests but this worked fine for this one when I think all is going well with me.

Have multiple providers at the Clinic and scheduling is always a challenge. Having said that, the patient load at the Clinic has grown exponentially contributing to a difficulty in scheduling. Patients want the best care and the Clinic provides a higher degree of care.
