Dr. Grater really listened to any questions or concerns I had and his answers were right on point. He even recalled past concerns without any prompting. He also empowered me to make choices but always made sure to point out the consequences.

Dr. Grater doesn't talk down to you. He genuinely seems to enjoy interacting with his patients.
