Overall visit was good. After diagnosis was given, provider seemed somewhat more rushed when it was time to leave. The tone was somewhat cutthroat.

- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/28/2025
Dr. Ball was very pompous and not compassionate at all. Made me feel like I was wasting his time. Exam was far from pleasant. I will never go back to him and not will I refer him to anyone.

Dr Ball is an exceptional and caring physician.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/14/2025
I had waited a considerable amount of time after being referred to have the appointment. I had hoped my concerns would be more thoroughly addressed during the visit. Unfortunately, no explanation for the symptoms I've been experiencing and no new treatment options were offered. Some possibilities I thought were worth exploring were dismissed entirely. The only suggestions were tests I've already tried without results. It seemed clear that the doctor hadn't fully reviewed my medical history and wasn't as prepared for the appointment as I had hoped. If the doctor wasn't able to determine the appropriate treatment, I would have appreciated a referral to another specialist who might be better equipped to help.

Bedside manner was lacking. The doctor seemed uninterested in what I had to say and in a hurry to get in and get out of the room. I was very disappointed.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/7/2025
Dr. Ball and his staff were fantastic. I'm grateful he could fit me into the schedule so quickly.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/2/2025
In past visits the doctor was very brusque and seemed like he had somewhere else to go. The past 2 visits, he was personable and spent the appropriate amount of time with me - a noticeable change
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/29/2025
Horrible experience. Dr. Ball blew his nose during the visit and did not wash his hands. He then passed me papers and cards. He was negative and only was with us for 5 mins. He prompted us to leave the room 2x (awkward) while he wrote his note. Very unprofessional.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/29/2025
Dr. Ball seemed very aloof and uninterested in my condition. I had to drag every piece of information from him and he seemed annoyed that I had questions. I left his office feeling as though I had wasted my time. I don't think that I would use his services again.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/24/2025
I was treated with respect, and Dr Ball explained everything I needed to know in detail
