Very straight forward and knowledgeable! I would have liked to discuss other options for obtaining results and labs but Iam very happy with Dr Ball

Dr. Ball is clearly an expert and knows what he''s doing which gave me the confidence I needed to have surgery.

Was seen 25 passed appointment time, Dr. Ball always seems less than enthusiastic or accommodating to children the times we have interacted. We are almost 2 years into tubes and follow ups and I personally can''t wait for my son to grow out of them so we don''t have to have check ups anymore -the wait time for the kindness of interaction from the doctor is disproportional.

Dr. Has zero bedside manners. He was extremely rough with - it was not appreciated. Then after inducing my dizziness to the extreme , I asked for medication to help with dizziness- he told me.. we dont prescribe stuff like that here!? That is crazy talk. I work as for Cleveland Clinic and was very disappointed.

Comment regarding Dr. Was on first page. No bedside manner, extremely rough.

Dr Ball is very good so he is hard to get into. We didn''t have any problems getting in because this appointment was a follow up scheduled after surgery by his staff.

Dr Ball is an excellent doctor I was most impressed by his honesty and am very glad he was there to take care of my son.

Dr. Ball is one of the best doctors to help me with my sinus issues. He listens to my concerns and has always made the best decisions to treat my infections accordingly. I wish I would''ve been a patient of his years before. I cant say enough positive things about Dr Ball. He''s great!

Overall visit was good. After diagnosis was given, provider seemed somewhat more rushed when it was time to leave. The tone was somewhat cutthroat.
