Dr Shaw utilized an AI interpreter during the appointment. Allowed us to have a conversation by looking at each other. Enjoyed very much. Felt much better than the doctor typing and looking at the monitor. Hope this is used throughout the clinic

Dr. Shaw is a professional who is kind, caring and listens. Offers help and suggestions with insightful professional treatment. He doesn't just prescribe medicine to treat an affliction but offers valuable suggestions and ways to manage my condition through diet, exercise, feedback, lowering stress through which I have experienced Improvements and maintaining.

It turned out my questions were not really for Dr. Shaw but for my previous surgeon. Dr Shaw was very concerned and helpful in setting up my new colonoscopy which was his area.
