Biography
Dr. Steven Shook joined the Cleveland Clinic as a staff neurologist in 2007. In addition to his neuromuscular clinical practice, he staffs the general inpatient neurology service, teaches at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, and is a frequent presenter at national conferences on the topics of neuromuscular ultrasound and management of peripheral nerve injury.
Dr. Shook has a history of leadership in the hospital and health care industry, with special interests in hospital operations, quality and patient safety, continuous improvement, healthcare information technology, and digital health. He is currently the Lead for Virtual Health at Cleveland Clinic, focused on using digital tools to transform clinical practice, optimize patient outcomes, improve patient and caregiver experience, reduce cost-of-care, and better manage populations.

Dr Shook took the time to understand my complex medical history. He assured my fears. He also looked into the vegetarian diet to make sure that was not causing similar issues. (Which is is not - more assurance)
