The doctor who performed the biopsy was incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring throughout the procedure. He listened to me, did not try to invalidate my fears or experiences, and helped me through the procedure. It was his kindness and compassion, coupled with that of the attending nurse practitioner, that inspired me to take this survey.

Dr. Rao is excellent! He has a great deal of expertise. I''m a new patient. He clearly read my chart carefully. Knew what medications might be helpful and reached out to a colleague to additional information when necessary. He went above and beyond to provide me me the care I needed.
