    Dr Jang''s is very caring & professional. His explanations, concerns & suggested treatment make me realize he is a good doctor for me. His assistant is also good about answering & forwarding any messages that I send thru MyChart. I hope we can continue patient doctor relationship. I am very grateful for Dr Jang, his assistant & Cleveland clinic!

    Dr. Jang is very attentive and thorough. He takes his time, makes sure you understand everything that's going on. He includes me in the decisions being made. He's worth the wait time it sometimes takes to get in.
