My appointment with Sunny Wood was about as perfect as you can get. She has a wonderful personality which inspires confidence and trust. She needed to remove wax from both ears which for a few moments was challenging. She kept me informed about what she was doing and finished what she needed to. After that, I appreciated the thorough and understandable way she communicated the results of my hearing exam and discussed next steps. She was respectful, interactive and I am pleased to continue on with this provider.

Sunny Woods has wonderful bedside manners. She would look and listen before typing at her computer, which most Cleveland Clinic providers do during a visit. I feel most visits that providers look down at their computer and don't really look at you as a person and listen, but Sunny Woods does. She seems to truly care. She's a gem!
