My appointment was not initially set up as a virtual visit. When I discovered this, Dr Jakubek was very kind to change it to virtual. The appointment was for a follow up on a CT scan. Driving 3 hours for the appointment didn't make sense to me. Her kindness was much appreciated.

As always I really like Dr. Jakubek. She is polite, concerned, and professional. Many years ago my teenage daughter got the best of care and much later my husband got the best of care. I will always think the Cleveland Clinic has the best dr's.
