Susan Kasunick could not have been more attentive and responsive to my needs. I came in to see her with a laundry list of concerns and problems, and she quietly, kindly, and efficiently addressed/solved each thing on my list. She went above and beyond and spent extra time making sure that everything worked out for me. She even snagged me a next-morning appointment with the doctor, since she suspected a problem with my ear. She was right.
