I had difficulty initially scheduling the appointment because everything was booked up. But the person at the desk was so kind and put me on a waitlist and called as soon as something opened. I really appreciated that. I also found Dr. Young to be very kind, a great listener, and made me feel valued.

My situation needed a lengthy explanation from me as it had two parts & has been occurring for two years. Dr. Young listened patiently & was very courteous. She spent the necessary time with me to assess & put needed specialist appointments into place for me. I was happy that she asked me questions to clarify & explained everything to me clearly. She took steps to resolve this ongoing issue for me that my PCP has been drawing out for years. I left relieved from the anxiety I've been feeling so long over my injury. I'm very appreciative of Dr. Young.
