Ms. Tara was the most thorough person I have ever had at the Clinic. She took all my questions with concern and care for me. She answered all my questions as well. Everything I was concerned about was addressed with professionalism. She was even concerned about my husband''s Wellness visit with his doctor. I stated that his doctor told him that during his Wellness visit she could not answer any of his questions nor could she touch him. She stated that she was instructed by management to tell him this. It was a worthless trip. The only thing that was accomplished was he was given refills for his medication. I checked with my insurance company before I went to my Wellness appointment and I was told that I could ask any questions I wanted to without being charged for it. I want to get a different doctor for my husband now. One with better bedside manners than the one he has now. Cleveland Clinic, you need to address this issue with the Wellness Visits going forward.
