Terri Young is AWESOME !!! She was so kind,caring and willing to answer any questions. It was like talking to a friend. She put things in to words that someone not in the medical field could understand. My Daughter in law took me to my first appointment with her and on the way home, she commented how nice, helpful and caring she was.

Only comment (not a negative) is that I did not have an opportunity to meet with Dr Cha after the Jan 12 procedure. I am interested in thanking him for his work during my surgery. Which has thus far been a positive experience.

She explained everything that she was doing including what I was going to feel inside as the drain was being removed.
