A prolific researcher and educator, Dr. Mroz has published extensively in leading peer-reviewed journals and authored numerous textbook chapters. He is frequently invited to lecture at major national and international conferences on cervical spine surgery and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

Dr. Mroz is an active member of several professional organizations, including the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the Cervical Spine Research Society, where he serves on the Board of Directors. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is deeply committed to training the next generation of surgeons through his work with medical students, residents, and fellows.
